Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested.
- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase or delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

- Services or workshops once completed (see Section 6)

- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 Â business days.
